Session recording is metadata-only — it never records the characters you type or any text content. It records how you operate the keyboard, not what you write: for example the kind of key you pressed, the active keyboard layout, which app you were typing in and what kind of input field it was, your keyboard and speech settings, your device and app version, and the timing of these events.
It never records the text you type: not the characters you enter, not your messages, not your passwords, and not the content of any field. It also never records the words a spoken announcement said, nor where on the screen you touched.
Nothing at all is recorded while you are typing in a password field. Session logging is switched off until you switch it on, and all log data stays on your device until you choose to export, send, or clear it.

Go to the “Session Log” section in the options screen and toggle “Log keyboard sessions” to on.
Go to the “Session Log” section in the options screen and choose “Send by email” to send an email with the session log (you can change the recipient in the mail app before sending). Also you can click on “Export to Downloads” to save the session log in your downloads folder. Because the log is a plain text file, it can be reviewed with a screen reader before sharing.
If you want to delete previous session log data, go to the “Session Log” section in the options screen and click on the “Clear log” button.
